Business & Industry Advisor

The Business & Industry Advisor will be responsible for selling and managing consulting projects that involve helping businesses reach their workforce and competitive needs through efficiency, growth, and sustainability. This includes analyzing the needs of a manufacturing/industrial company or other business, determining the areas of improvement needed, developing work statements to address the areas of improvement, estimating the potential Return on Investment, presenting the proposed plan (including fees for the services) to the business executives, and executing Technical Assistance Agreements (contracts)with the client.

Productivity Improvement Specialist

The MEP Productivity Improvement Specialist is a subject matter expert that can deliver high-value fee-based training and implementation services to a diverse base of manufacturers in Indiana.

Technical Assistance Projects Specialist

The Technical Assistance Projects Specialist will be responsible for the successful development and management of our Faculty Assistance Projects and the recognition of economic impacts.

The Specialist will primarily engage with the manufacturing community with responsibilities including program promotion, public speaking, participation in trade and professional organizations, and support of other engagement programs including OEM and/or Tier 1-4 manufacturers to develop relationships establishing Purdue as a trusted advisor.
